First Burn is the most important burn. Please allow your candle to burn for the full 4 hours or until full melt pool. That is allowing your candle to melt completely edge to edge. To ensure the longevity of your candle, please follow the burn instructions. Discoloration of your candle overtime is normal.

Trimming your wick is only neccessary if your wick have developed a mushroom and or if your wick is past the 1/4" inch mark.

Most of our orders ship out within 2-5 business days. This is based on no changes being made to the order and contingent upon shipping services selected at checkout.

Once your candle has melted to less than an 1/2 inch and is completely harden, wrap the vessel in a dry paper towel. This will help aid in protecting the outside of your vessels from staining. With a butter knife, cut the remaining wax in 6 sections (pie like cutting). Use a spoon to scoop out each section, avoid touching the wax with your hands and then touching the vessels. Candle wax stains. To remove the wick/wick sticker, heat with a blow dryer and once heated you can spoon out the wick/wick sticker. Use alcohol to remove any sticky residue.
